The new PureAire Air check
Lite is a low cost compact gas monitoring system that’s ideal for continuously monitoring gas cabinets, valve manifold boxes and process tool gas cabinets. Designed for Original Equipment manufacturers, (OEM) it features a sophisticated electronic “brain” built directly into the sensor electronics. This reliable hazardous gas detection system significantly reduces the labor and downtime commonly associated with gas detector maintenance and service.
The instrument’s “smart” circuitry permits ex-situ or off-site calibration with a quick and simple plug-and-play sensor cell. Plus sensor cell operation is continuously supervised 24-7 and when used in conjunction with distributive control systems or PLC’s, provides immediate fault identification for low electrolyte level or disconnected sensor cell.
The Air check
Lite is
the perfect monitoring solution for manufacturers of semiconductor wafer process
tools and gas cabinets as well as for controlling exhaust fans in battery-charging
stations.
Self-Supervised Operation
The PureAire Air check
Lite incorporates
sophisticated electronics which, when used in conjunction with distributive control
systems or PLC’s enable you to quickly identify and correct major system faults.
These enhanced self-diagnostic capabilities include:
- Missing or malfunctioning sensor
- Broken or loose transmitter wiring
- Low electrolyte level
- Sampling system power failure
Should a system error occur, the Air check Lite outputs a 2mA or 0mA signal to remote alarm/control systems to immediately alert control room personnel.
Simple Off-Site Calibration
A special electronic “brain” built directly into the instrument’s sensor electronics allows you to remove the sensor for all routine calibration and maintenance. This capability provides three important benefits:
- Enhanced Calibration Accuracy — Test gas generation and calibration procedures may now be performed under laboratory conditions.
- Improved Safety — No need to release potentially hazardous calibration gases in production, storage, or other areas.
- Less Intrusive — Plug-and-Play smart sensors significantly reduce the amount of time that service personnel must spend in limited or restricted access areas, such as in clean rooms.
Monitors Detect Leaks of Water Disinfection Chemicals
PureAire Monitoring Systems has a line of economical, self-contained detection systems that alert personnel in water treatment plants to potentially hazardous leaks and releases of several common disinfection gases. Available for chlorine, chlorine dioxide and ozone, STX-PA Gas Monitors respond quickly to low level disinfectant leaks, yet are not permanently damaged by catastrophic or prolonged releases...
Zero-Maintenance Oxygen Monitor
An extremely economical, zero-maintenance oxygen deficiency (O2) monitor is available from PureAire Monitoring Systems. Ideal for the continuous monitoring of inert gas storage areas, confined spaces, and other locations where low oxygen levels may pose a hazard to personnel...
Is Sensor Drift Jeopardizing Chlorine Safety at Your Plant?
“Our chlorine sensors don’t drift.” We know, you’ve heard this claim before. Only to be disappointed. And the reason is simple. Most electrochemical chlorine sensors rely on an acidic electrolyte. As a result, they’re hygroscopic. So changes in humidity often cause false positives or adversely affect sensitivity. Either way, chlorine safety at your plant suffers.
